Who we are

Aamir Capital is an online investment and advisory company. This notice explains what information we handle when you use this website or contact us.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us: your name, email address, company, message, and, if you write to us about careers, the job titles you are interested in, a profile link and your CV. You send this to us through the contact form, by email or through WhatsApp. If you use WhatsApp or email, those services and their rules apply too.

What this website does and does not do

The calculators run entirely in your browser. We do not receive the numbers you enter. We do not run advertising or tracking tools on this website. Like most websites, our host (Cloudflare) keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads.

How we use your information

To reply to you, to provide services you ask for, and, for careers messages, to consider you for future roles. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only service providers we need to run the website or deliver a service, and authorities when the law requires it. Messages sent through our contact and careers forms are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form delivery service, so it handles those messages on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and manage any working relationship. We keep CVs for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, for example under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To use these rights, email us at info@aamircapital.com.

We may update this notice. The date at the bottom shows when it last changed.

Everything on this website, including articles, the glossary, calculators and templates, is general information. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it does not take your personal situation into account.

No client relationship until agreed

Visiting this website or sending us a message does not make you a client. We only act as your adviser once we have agreed the scope and fees with you in writing.

Calculators and templates

Calculators give illustrative results from the numbers you enter. Templates are provided as they are. You are responsible for checking any result before you rely on it. Please have important work reviewed by a qualified professional.

Third-party links and data

We link to websites and datasets run by others, including Professor Aswath Damodaran's data at NYU Stern. We are not connected with them, we do not control them, and we cannot promise they are accurate or available.

Our content

The text, design and tools on this website belong to Aamir Capital. You may share a link to any page. Please do not copy substantial parts without asking us first.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep this website accurate and up to date, but we give no promise that it is complete, current or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss that results from using this website.

This website is available in English and Arabic. If there is any difference between the two versions, the English version applies.

We do not buy or sell shares or other securities for clients, we do not manage or hold client money, we do not arrange or place securities, and we do not act as a real estate broker or agent. Where a piece of work needs a licensed institution, we work alongside one. We do not do it ourselves.

We do not give legal or tax advice. We work alongside your own lawyers and tax advisers. We do not issue formal fairness opinions or statutory valuation reports.

When we describe past experience, we do so by industry and in general terms, out of respect for confidentiality agreements with previous employers. We do not name any company, client or transaction.

Nothing on this website is an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any investment.
